Refund information on camera packages:
If there is a camera failure on the skydive on a single package, you will receive a full refund or offered a suitable replacement (Normally offered the photos as a replacement instead of the DVD).
If there is 1 camera failure on the double package, you’ll receive the difference paid between the 2 packages.
Only if there is total camera failure on the double package will you receive a full refund.
There are no 100% guarantees.
